Our policy manager Charlotte attended the @tpi_online Annual Conference last week and met with property professionals and organisations, including the @FoPRA.

It was an insightful event with sessions on property manager qualifications, risk management and future tenure reform.

If peppercorn ground rent is good enough for the royals, it’s good enough for the rest of us plebs!

Time to cap all residential ground rents at a peppercorn and end this feudal nonsense.

Shame Matthew Pennycook has gone quiet on the issue since entering government.
