Mark joined Deacon in 2003 with the ambition of developing his career within the insurance industry. In 2010, he completed a Chartered Management Institute diploma to further advance his management skills and support the team to provide a first class service to its customers. Deacon were purchased by Gallagher in 2012 with the Deacon name being retained until 2022 when this was rebranded to Gallagher.
Mark is an active member of their senior leadership team working out of the Bournemouth office and lead two of its sales teams providing products and services to both new and existing customers.
