Our policy manager Charlotte attended the @tpi_online Annual Conference last week and met with property professionals and organisations, including the @FoPRA.

It was an insightful event with sessions on property manager qualifications, risk management and future tenure reform.

If peppercorn ground rent is good enough for the royals, it’s good enough for the rest of us plebs!

Time to cap all residential ground rents at a peppercorn and end this feudal nonsense.

Shame Matthew Pennycook has gone quiet on the issue since entering government.

The housing crisis affects all of us, and younger voices must be heard.

Too often, policymakers listen only to the usual suspects – those who have dominated the discourse for years, many with a vested interest in system failure.

Listen to the people, or the revolt continues!
