Mark joined Deacon in 2003 with the ambition of developing his career within the insurance industry. In 2010, he completed a Chartered Management Institute diploma to further advance his management skills and support the team to provide a first class service to its customers.
Mark is an active member of their senior leadership team and lead two of its sales teams providing products and services to both new and existing customers.
