Anna is a partner in the residential estates team at Cripps, and an award-winning specialist in leasehold enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant law. Anna regularly advises companies, trusts, developers, high net worth individuals and PLCs on all aspects of residential property. She has a particular focus on prime central London and mixed-use premises and acts for major London estates including Cadogan and Sloane Stanley. Her areas of expertise include, residential asset management, Building Safety Act 2022, rights of first refusal and right to manage, and restrictive covenants.
Anna won the title of ‘Professional of the Year’ at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) in 2023, recognising her excellence in residential real estate. She is the solicitor member of the advisory committee of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and regularly hosts and presents at industry conferences.
