Benjamin has been working in the residential leasehold sector for over a decade, having worked in every position from the ground up, experiencing what it takes to make a good property manager, but also the benefits of managing client and customer relationships, along with well-honed technical ability. Benjamin has run his own growing property management agency Evolve Block & Estate Management for 8 years, having been an innovator in the industry with the use of the latest technology, customer portals and cutting-edge processes and systems, and is now one of the fastest growing agency in the area, with a fierce reputation for treating colleagues, leaseholders and directors fairly and with compassion and understanding. Benjamin is regularly asked to write for the industry in national publications, being asked to judge national awards, providing support to property managers in the form of The Leasehold Management Professionals and now the TPI as a trainer.
In his spare time Benjamin is an avid petrol-head, overhauling a 40-year-old DAX Cobra ready to take back onto the race track, regular motorbike excursions and doing something with a vehicle in some capacity. He also enjoys photography, having had some of their work featured in local galleries and enjoys snowboard and kayaking. Having worked in many different industries over many years and finding passionate hobbies, makes for a well-rounded, well-grounded property professional who is ready and waiting to raise standards, support & coach colleagues and showcase that technical ability and customer services can coexist in the same space.
