Colin Cohen (FIRPM, Assoc RICS) has been a managing agent for more than 30 years. He is a consultant, and set up his business Colin Cohen Property Management in 1990.
He has managed more than 1,900 leasehold flats, and has experience and expertise in all types of residential property management. Colin is a past board member of ARMA and fellow of the IRPM, now The Property Institute (TPI). He is also a committee member of ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners).
