Roger is currently a Councillor at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and was Mayor for 2020-21, having previously been responsible for the management of over 9,300 properties with the Council.
A previous Director of a London-based medium sized construction company and residential developer for over 25 years, Roger has considerable experience within the Leasehold sector and brings this knowledge and experience to the FPRA.
