Shula Rich pioneered the Leasehold Management lectures for the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).
She presently advises leaseholders and managing agents on right-to-manage and block management issues. She drafted the National Contract for Block Management for ARLA, and has been thanked in Parliament for reforms to Leasehold Law. Despite the fact that she has in her own words ‘bought the tee shirt’ she has worked on a voluntary basis for more than 20 years advising leaseholders with block management issues, as well as professionally with managing agents. She reckons by this time, to have a good working knowledge of issues for both sides.
