It’s time for this Government to finally properly tackle #leaseholdreform like they promised in their manifesto.

Stop dragging your feet, no more compromises and broken pledges @mtpennycook

Remarkable that the Court of Appeal is allowing Big Freehold another go to thwart the will of the people in ECHR lawfare against the 2024 Act.

But the government acts like it wants more of this farce.

Keir Hardie would be ashamed of Keir Starmer, appeasing rentier parasites.

Ground rent = money for nothing.

Second-biggest parliamentary majority in 126 years.

And yet @UKLabour are protecting the grift until 2068.

So much for ending leasehold.
