Back here again. Latest government upheaval means leasehold reform - and a housing minister who understands it - are questionable. Comfort only to the usual suspects at this point.

Service charges are ruining lives and fuelling the housing crisis.

Starmer’s answer?

Scrap the promised Law Commission reforms that would put homeowners in control of service charges, while protecting money-for-nothing ground rents until 2068.
