Abbie Hanson joins the FPRA team as Honorary Consultant. She will be using her knowledge and expertise to support members resolve issues and answer questions related to Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations.
Abbie has over 10 years HR and Employee Relations experience and has been CIPD qualified since 2017. She has been managing change and challenges within the residential property sector for over eight years and has previously spoken and used her knowledge as a subject matter expert at the ARMA conference and Oxford.
Currently Head of People at Abbatt Dual Management, Abbie is recognised as one of the go to people for employment law, employee relations and compliance advice within the Property sector. She has managed countless complex ER cases, restructures, performance improvement plans and TUPE transfers; her knowledge and solutions-based approach is reassuring and hugely beneficial to the industry.
