Emily Gray is the Operations Director for Burns Hamilton, a property management firm based in Dorset and covering Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. She has been in Property Management for over 17 years and is passionate about delivering high standards to customers and supporting her team’s wellbeing.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and a Director of the Property Institute, where she also sits on their Wellbeing Working Group. In addition to being an Honorary Consultant for the Federation of Private Residents Associations, she is the South-West Ambassador for Doyenne, celebrating women in leasehold.
